Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ImageAI, operated by ImageAI Labs OÜ. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use ImageAI.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ImageAI to process content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or depicts non-consensual or harmful material. You retain ownership of the images you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Service availability

We work hard to keep ImageAI available but provide the service "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageAI Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
