ImageAI Labs OÜ ("ImageAI", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to imageaiapp.top and the ImageAI applications.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email and password hash when you register.
• Uploaded images — the files you submit for processing.
• Usage data — device, browser and feature usage, to improve the product.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never store full card numbers.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve the service, process payments, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploaded images to train our models.

3. Image retention

Uploaded images and their processed results are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. You can request immediate deletion at any time.

4. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors that help us operate the service (e.g. cloud hosting, payments, analytics), each bound by data-protection agreements. A current list is available on request.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@imageaiapp.top.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small number of analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
